Absolutely amazing customer service! First when they realized they missed a call they called me back. Then I was able to send my sister in to pick out what she liked and I could pay with my paypal account! Very nice and very convenient! Big mahalo!!

Droplets is such a wonderful store - the owner is always so lovely and accommodating. Helping to find the unique gift or secretly put away the gifts my daughter wants Santa to bring so I can pick them up later without her knowing. These shops are so rare, so if you can make it in and have a look you won't be disappointed!
