I'm not going back even though they are so close to where I live! I'm convinced by my own experiences!
The first time I had to have a big toenail created out of acrylics. I talked "David" through on how to do it. It looked ok but did not last like it usually does. Very disappointed.
Horrible!!! What a shame!
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I will not be going back! What a waste of 50 bucks! This is day 4 of a GEL manicure. Not to mention it took them about 20 mins to do my nails. I cld have done a better job at home.
Today I thought I would try one last time. I asked when they could take me for a French gel mani. They said in 90 minutes. I arrived, had my old gel removed, cuticles cut and nails filed and then was told no one there could do the French mani, only solid color. I was shocked. Discussions in foreign language prevented me from understanding what happened. I wasn't charged anything but now had NOTHING on my nails. I was able to get in at My Nail Center in Kahului and had a better job done cleaning up my previous cut cuticles and a lovely French gel mani while being entertained by Family Feud on the TV.
Wouldn't even give it a star if I had a choice. Terrible service and my nails didn't last. They made me pay in the middle of service getting my nails messed up and not fixing it. Then just left me to dry and didn't come back as they worked on others that came in. After sitting for 20 mins. and no one checking on me I left.
The next Itime I thought I would try them since I had my old place fix the toenail but needed fresh polish before leaving for the mainland. I called a day ahead to schedule a mani pedi explaining that I would be rushed for time before a departing flight and they said they would schedule me so 2 people would be working on me. When I arrived no one knew about my appointment and they tried to fit me in.
I recently moved from the Westside to Pukalani and was excited a nail salon was so close by and the same name as where I was going before. I read the bad reviews but thought I would try it anyways. Horrible experiences!
