Every time I call - whether it's for a claim, a document I misplaced or a question about our coverage - she is so prompt, thorough and friendly in her response. It's obvious she truly cares for her clients! Another thing I really appreciate about Kawehi is when we have changed vehicles, she helps us decide how much coverage is right for us (and understand all the different types of coverage). We feel protected but not over-insured.
