I hate to give it a one star, however one must speak with the truth! This place left a lot to be desired, first of all when you first come to the counter with receptionist, ugh the experience begins and it's yucky! This individual has such an unfriendly disposition and attitude reeks ! She acts completely out of line, as she is being bothered to death, has a very lazy, unkempt appearance and will not treat you half way decent, even if she tried! Then the physical therapist, short, stocky Japanese guy, just leaves you in room with door open while the chit chat long and you can hear everything you don't want to hear, extremely unpleasant and unprofessional people, be prepared!!!! So I cannot say I recommend this place to anyone, they have absolutely zero aloha, and professionalism, the physical therapy is presented in a very poor way! The therapist is in and out, in and out of room and doesn't communicate with the patient, so annoying! Extremely hard being there thinking it's all going to get better because it's not, I gave this place 3 tries and I gave up, I needed 12 weeks of therapy, per my Dr., but couldn't bear with the way they do business here! If you're in need of physical therapy I'd say skip this place, you will be upset , aggravated and always leave unhappy!!!! The number one bad thing is the unhappy, prima donna, nasty attitude receptionist and then the poor attention and disregard from therapist, they're all clueless!
My experience at Elite has been amazing. Several weeks in and I am out of pain after so many months. Perhaps they have new staff now because they are all very friendly and helpful. My physical therapist is extremely knowledgable, friendly and cares about her patients. There is some close booking of clients, but often people are calling in cancelling. Whenever my therapist left it was appropriate and timely to help others. Another review mentioned doors being open, which some people like, if you want the door closes, asking would probably get it done. I would go back to Elite to see my physical therapist again. I have recommended it to others as well. You can pay people for PT, but you can't pay them to care, and mine does. :)
