Unscrupulous business practices, steer away from Tracy Kalama. In my experience, she engaged in the practice of showing houses, both rental and sale homes, without disclosure.
Do not rent from Tracy Kalama. She is as worse as they come. Usually when you're living in Hawai'i you think everyone is cordial and inviting, Tracy isn't. Her family is messy, intruding and disruptive. They complained, stole money from our family, saying that the cesspool was backed up but didn't have any proof. We paid $200 extra, but still complained. She ate our food, and took over living space,stole our tools, and changed our lease. We've moved and cleaned her house, repainted. She's saying we didn't clean and she's not giving the proper amount of our deposit back to our family. She is a lying, unpleasant, unprofessional, theft and should not have any business being in the realty business. She would rent the space without disclosure and make you pay for it after.
